Terms and Conditions
Rates and Payment Schedule:
An invoice for full payment will be sent and is due directly after the session. Rates are subject to change without notice. The Client will receive rates posted at the time of booking.
Limits of Liability:
Raquel Frechette Photography is not liable for any unplanned delays or cancellations due to extreme weather, transportation complications, or any other "acts of nature." In the unlikely event that the photographer is unable to perform services due to these factors, severe illness, injury, family crisis, or unforeseen emergency, Raquel Frechette Photography will make every effort to reschedule the session. If this is not possible, responsibility and liability is limited to the return of all payments received for the session. Raquel Frechette Photography takes the utmost care with respect to files and photographs. In the unlikely event that photographs or files have been lost, stolen, or destroyed for reasons within or beyond Raquel Frechette Photography’s control, Raquel Frechette Photography’s liability is limited to the return of all payments received for the session.
Model Release:
The photographs taken by Raquel Frechette Photography may be used for the purposes of display, advertising, portfolio, website or any publication to promote Raquel Frechette Photography. Raquel Frechette Photography will never display the photographs in a negative or derogatory light, with names, or use the photographs for further financial gain outside of promoting Raquel Frechette Photography. The Client hereby releases Raquel Frechette Photography from all claims and liability relating to said photographs.
Photographs and Copyright:
All photographs and copyrights are the property of Raquel Frechette Photography. The Client has permission to reproduce photographs from this portrait session. The Client agrees to limit use of the photographs for family and friends only. Any use for business or for monetary gain will be considered copyright infringement. The Client must obtain written permission from Raquel Frechette Photography and compensate Raquel Frechette Photography prior to the Client or the Client’s friends and family publishing or selling the photographs.
No Warranty of Longevity/Storage:
Raquel Frechette Photography does not warrant the longevity in quality of any digital media or files delivered to the Client. The Client bears the sole responsibility for backing up, archiving, and maintaining the integrity of the files. Raquel Frechette Photography will store digital photograph files for 90 days as a courtesy, but will not be held liable for storing these files.
