I adore watching a first birthday kid's reaction to the party cake. For some, it's the most dreadfully frightening thing they've ever encountered. For others, immediate face first love. Birthday at Sugar Shop in Cobble Hill
Candy Candy Candy! This place really is the stuff of birthday dreams. Fun activities, festive decor, and of course, lots of tasty treats. Word has it that some of the party photos will be accompanying a feature in Time Out Kids Magazine's upcoming Birthday Issue. You can almost picture the conversation, when parents sat down with this spunky three year old, asking her what she would like for her birthday this year. Her eyes twinkling as she envisioned the perfect combination of her favorite things.

These are the siblings of the handsome chap I posted about earlier. As with all shoots involving a human under the age of 10 days, there is waiting. Luckily, I had some fun allies to help me pass the time.
