When you're three months old, mom's arms are the perfect place to take a snooze half way through a photo session. Particularly when you're walking the streets of a beautiful Brooklyn neighborhood on a 60 degree day in December.

Oh the leaves. The leaves! The window of opportunity for classic fall photos in Brooklyn seems unconscionably small. We barely squeaked these out in a corner of the park that was still sporting some color. Since we book so far in advance, I always consider it an enormous stroke of luck when a session times itself with what the fall can bring.

This superwoman pretty much single handedly got me into photography. I owe it all to her. And as photographers, we have plenty of photos or our kids, and of our spouse with our kids. But we, we are rarely in the picture. So for this session, it was pretty much all about mom.
