Every so often you meet a kid and start to project what you think they might do as adults. If this little guy isn't somehow working in a capacity to make everyone around him beam giant smiles, I'd be surprised. The whole family has a very special quality that made the couple hours I spent with them fly by. So wonderfully awesome.
If you're an avid reader of this blog, you'll recognize members of this family who frequently make an appearance. I photograph the youngest once a month, usually solo. It was finally time to move the focus to everyone. It's been really fun getting to know this family.
This was my second year photographing the costumed kiddos at the Families First Halloween Party. Despite the impending storm, I had the pleasure of meeting a slew of silliness. Thanks to all who came out!
Oh to be an eight year old girl with a puppy again.
