We waited a long time for fall colors to hit New York City this year. Warmer temperatures kept the trees green longer than usual, which is a mixed blessing for photo shoots. The good news is that regardless of the backdrop nature provides, what's in the foreground always steals the show. We managed to find a few colorful trees along this stretch in Riverside Drive.
Go outside | brooklyn newborn photographer
Hey little man, welcome to the neighborhood! For this newborn session we spent a bit of time inside and lots of time out. Which is unusual for most of the sessions I do with kiddos this age, but man, if you can - go take pictures outside with your wee one. Capture the neighborhood. One day he'll be running down these streets, scraping knees and picking up found objects. Will be fun to look back at these very early days.
Even More Minis | brooklyn family photographer
Had a lot of interest for fall minis and squeezed in a second day for waitlisted families. Thank you all so much for your support!! Next year I will probably only have room for one day both in the spring and the fall. That's 8 sessions each, 16 sessions total for the year. Want to have the best shot at getting a mini spot? Prospect Park Mini Sessions | brooklyn family photographer
What we lacked in fall leaves, we made up in fall antics. Thank you to all the families who came out for mini sessions this year! Here's a bit of a sampling for our morning the park.
