This little lass has it made, don’t you think?
It's a beautiful day in... | brooklyn family photographer
The few blocks radius around where you live, those familiar sights you pass everyday, multiple times a day, that you never stopped to really consider or notice - the colors, the textures, the shapes - these are the places that I love. Somehow families always seem to fit so seamlessly in their immediate environments.
Sleeps through anything | nyc newborn photographer
Nurture vs nature? What is it about the third kid (and the fourth…)? It’s as if they enter the world knowing that managing the exuberance of large family life requires an innate ability to block out noise. First born here, everything wakes me up….or is that just motherhood?

What you don’t see in these photos - the thousands of tiny green insects swarming the air, landing in hair, mouths and eyes, threatening to thwart our plans and ruin the session. I’d say we held up pretty well.
The almost toddler | brooklyn family photographer
This is the pre-walking and running stage, those precious months when you have not quite a baby and not quite a full on toddler. When you don’t yet get sweaty at sessions running around after a tiny maniac, but you still have a kiddo who wants to do anything but be still. Those calm moments we capture - a mirage - 90% of the time there is a lot of squirming. It all makes for great photos…and sometimes exhausted parents.
